Dry Spumante – Charmat method
A dry Spumante with a fresh and fruity flavor with a slight hint of almond, citrus and orange blossom. To enhance its fragrance and freshness, it is partially fermented at controlled temperature and placed directly in the autoclave (Charmat method) for frothing and aging, for a period of three months.
