Well-structured wine, ruby red colored, with a pleasant scent. Dry, soft, full and harmonic flavour. The winemaking is done in a traditional way with a soft pressing of grapes and a staying on pomace at a controlled temperature. As a wine without sulphites we must always control temperature in order to avoid any abnormal fermentation and help a natural malolactic fermentation that is necessary for such a wine.
