Blend:
Sangiovese (80%), Malbo Gentile (15%), Cabernet (5%)
Well-structured wine, ruby red colored, with a pleasant scent. Dry, soft, full and harmonic flavour. The winemaking is done in a traditional way with a soft pressing of grapes and a staying on pomace at a controlled temperature. As a wine without sulphites we must always control temperature in order to avoid any abnormal fermentation and help a natural malolactic fermentation that is necessary for such a wine.
Excellent with first dishes, red meat, roast and tasty cheese
Gocce Rosse without added sulphites is available in bag in box of 3, 5, 10, 20 liters. It is a vacuum-packed box, with a tap that will allow you to drink the wine at any time and in a desired quantity, preserving its freshness and healthiness and without having to bottle the product. Quality preserved more than 6 months after opening.
