It’s ruby red colored with violet shades. It has a vinous, intense, scented bouquet of fruit, that reminds of the fragrant of grapes. It is a sapid, armonic and fruity wine. Dry Lambrusco is a full-bodied and good structured wine. Indeed among all the kinds of Lambrusco DOC, Grasparossa is the most full-bodied.

The Dry Lambrusco is excellent with pasta, roasts, cold cuts and cheese.
