Sparkling white wine made by a soft pressing grapes and a fermentation at controlled temperature. To obtain a naturally sparkling wine, without the use of selected yeasts, we decant, from the first fermentation, directly in the autoclave (Charmat), obtaining the froth with a long stop. In this way we are able to incorporate flavors and fragrances to the wine, giving a very special bouquet. Pignoletto is straw yellow colored wine with a pleasant floreal scent. It’s a fragrant, fresh and slightly aromatic wine.
Excellent with starters, fish, meat, main courses, rice and cheese.
