100% pressed grapes – alcohol-free grape juice
Our red grape juice has bright-red color, smell and flavor of ripe and fresh grape. We pick up grapes by hand and select only the best and healthy ones, those more rich in organoleptic contents. Grapes are first macerated at cold for a few hours and then pressed in order to obtain the fresh must that, through the decantation and filtration is clarified. Must is then bottled and pasteurized in a water bath at max.70° C. We obtain a good quality product keeping the flavors, aromas and above all the good properties of the grape. We use neither acidity regulators nor added sugars and neither chemical nor animal origin products. The grape juice in baginbox can be kept unaltered for 3 years from packaging and for over 6 months after opening.
It is alcohol free and it can be drunk as it stands or with addition of water. It can be used as a sweetener in desserts and sorbet.

In order to have a fresh product we work grapes at a cold temperature to avoid any fermentation. The juice is then pasteurized in a water bath at 70°C to ensure the conservation without adding any preservaties. We use neither sulphites, nor chemical or animal origin products. It’s also without added sugar.
