Grape, naturally and exclusively organic Grape! It’s the only ingredient of our Grape Juice. We use high quality grapes, also destined to the production of our DOC wines. By carefully selecting them we also keep all their nourishing properties in Juice. For several years we are producers of fresh grape juice, but with this product we wanted to approach the wine without alcohol, trying to create a drink with an appealing and refreshing taste for those who want to continue to taste the grapes without incurring the problem of alcohol. It is sparkling because it’s added with carbon dioxide and has a fresh, fragrant and sweet flavour.
It is excellent for everyday use and great to toast with children. It can be used to prepare cocktails

Its use is versatile: it is thirst-quenching, even if it does not contain water, in fact it is not a reconstructed beverage but it is 100% grape juice. It is suitable both for daily consumption and for events and celebrations, as it is in the preparation of cocktails or aperitifs and is suitable for both adults and children.
In order to have a fresh product we work grapes at a cold temperature to avoid any fermentation. The juice is left in the autoclave for 30 days to optimize the assimilation of carbon dioxide and get a fine and persistent perlage. The juice is then pasteurized in a water bath at 70°C to ensure the conservation without adding any preservaties. We use neither sulphites, nor chemical or animal origin products. It’s also without added sugar.
All the nutritive elements contained in our Juice are naturally extracted from grapes and therefore readily assimilated by the body. Their special composition and their value for our health make our Grape Juice a true food supplement, useful to help the body both during periods of physical stress and for a good maintenance. The grapes are energetic, remineralizing, detoxifying, diuretic and laxative. It is therefore suitable to be consumed with a certain width in anemia and in convalescence, during pregnancy and during breastfeeding, during physical and mental efforts; Grapes are also excellent for keeping all the cells in the body young and active.
