100% organic white grape
Our white grape juice has bright-gold color, smell and flavor of ripe and fresh grape. We pick up grapes by hand and select only the best and healthy ones, those more rich in organoleptic contents. Grapes are first macerated at cold for a few hours and then pressed in order to obtain the fresh must that, through the decantation and filtration is clarified. Must is then bottled and pasteurized in a water bath at max.70° C. We obtain a good quality product keeping the flavors, aromas and above all the good properties of the grape. We use neither acidity regulators nor added sugars and neither chemical nor animal origin products. (Being cold bottled before pasteurization the cap can rise, but this do not damage the juice preservation).
It is alcohol free and it can be drunk as it stands or with addition of water. It can be used as a sweetener in desserts and sorbet

In order to have a fresh product we work grapes at a cold temperature to avoid any fermentation. The juice is then pasteurized in a water bath at 70°C to ensure the conservation without adding any preservaties. We use neither sulphites, nor chemical or animal origin products. It’s also without added sugar.
All the nutritive elements contained in our Juice are naturally extracted from grapes and therefore readily assimilated by the body. Their special composition and their value for our health make our Grape Juice a true food supplement, useful to help the body both during periods of physical stress and for a good maintenance. The grapes are energetic, remineralizing, detoxifying, diuretic and laxative.
